Checklist before you come in
- Make sure you bring in a student ID, or drivers license
- Cash or a visa / mastercard credit or debit card for your costume bond.
- Please check our shop hours as they are subject to seasonal adjustment.
- If you need your costume last minute it may be best to ring first.
Holding your costume
1.Browse and Choose
It's recommended to put your costume aside first before coming in and our website makes it easy to browse by party theme or by letter.
2. Click Availability
Click available and fill in the required information or ring us up. That way, we can check that your costume is in store and available in your size.
3. Wait for a reply
Wait for a reply or ring up and arrange to have your costume put aside for you. During peak season (August to December) or for high demand costumes you will be required to pay a $10 booking fee if you need the costume to be held for you.
Changerooms and Bookings
Please take into consideration that our change rooms close 10 minutes prior to closing time during peak season (October).
Customers who turn up after the cut off time wishing to browse and try on costumes will be refused service.
Costumes can only be booked 1 month in advance during peak season otherwise full payment will be required for the hire when booking the outfit.
